Mengdan Li’s practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation. She has experience representing both employers and employees in a broad range of workplace disputes and litigation matters. Mengdan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various administrative tribunals.
Mengdan has extensive experience handling wrongful dismissal claims, shareholder disputes, and real property litigation. She is known for her practical and strategic approach to resolving disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Outside of her practice, Mengdan is a proud mother of two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and at the gym.
