Matthew White is a Summer Student at De Bousquet PC. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Political Science with a Legal Studies Specialization.

Prior to attending law school at Western, Matthew worked as an Administrative and Legal Assistant at a law form specializing in immigration, where he worked directly with clients to complete asylum portal applications, draft legal documents, and support the efficient processing of immigration matters.

Matthew is also an active contributor to the study body at Western. As a 1L, Matthew participated in numerous mock trial competitions and was a caseworker at the Sport Solution Clinic, where her assisted in advising athletes regarding disputes with national and/or international sport organizations. In 2L, Matthew was the Vice-President of Sports for Western Law’s Entertainment and Sports Law Association.

Outside of his professional and academic life, Matthew enjoys collecting Pokémon cards, watching sports, and playing golf.
